Check-in time is 2 pm ; Check-out time is Noon
Early check-in and Late check-out are also possible

All foreign guests will need to submit the documents needed for migration registration at the time of check in: foreign passport, valid Russian visa and valid migration card

In "Empire" Tower , in which ICON Hostel is located - access control is in effect. In order to take a lift to the 43rd floor, you need to apply for a pass at the reception of the South lobby of "Empire" Tower. When making your reservation, please indicate the names and second names of all guests so that passes can be ordered for all of you

We ask our guests to be quiet between 11pm and 9am

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in ICON Hostel. Receptionists can tell you where to find the nearest smoking area

Drinking alcoholic beverages stronger than 15% in ICON Hostel is strictly forbidden

Sadly, we cannot allow guests to bring their pets to stay with us

You can come to our hostel at any time starting 9 am of your check-in day. If your room is free by the moment of your arrival you'll be able to check-in earlier than the official time of check-in . Otherwise, you'll be able to leave your luggage for safekeeping and use all the common facilities of the hostel (bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and so forth). We, in turn, promise to check you in as soon as possible!
In the case you would like to check-in earlier than at 9 A.M or it's important for you to do that before 2 pm just contact us and we will handle any situation for sure

It's important for us to have your room/bed free at noon of your check-out day. So we could make it ready for another guest. But still all the common facilities of our hostel are avalible for you till 10 pm. Also you may leave your luggage for safekeeping till that time.
In case you would like to stay in the hostel or leave your luggege after 10 pm just contact us and we will handle any situation for sure
